Today we have Céire on the pod, she is an adult with ADHD, and is also a mother. We explore our experiences of being parents with ADHD, and a few themes that came up were emotion dysregulation, time blindness, organisation, and the effects of hormones on ADHD symptoms. Céire also reflects on a time when she was an un-diagnosed mother and how this effected her relationship with her children.
